The Peninsula Hotels
One of the world’s leading luxury hotel groups, The Peninsula Hotels has a history that stretches back to 1928 and properties in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo, New York, Chicago, Beverly Hills, Bangkok, Manila and Paris.
Weeks after the launch of Perfect Ink Media in late 2013, we were commissioned by The Peninsula Hong Kong to help shape the hotel’s communications strategy, from press materials and direct marketing to corporate information and in-room literature. Over the course of the next seven years, we worked closely with The Peninsula Hong Kong’s PR and marketing teams to plan and create hundreds of high-quality pieces of content that spanned every facet of the brand, including its nine restaurants and bars, The Peninsula Spa, The Peninsula Boutique, and a variety of arts and culture programmes. These included press releases, websites, eDMs and social media posts; in-room and venue-specific materials such as spa and restaurant menus, brand and hotel histories, and the much-loved The Peninsula Guide to Hong Kong; signage for exhibitions and events; and speeches and other forms of communication for management executives. Over the years, we also expanded our brief to create similar content for The Peninsula Shanghai and The Peninsula Beijing.
